I had the opportunity to sit down with Heather Mouton's father Tracy Andrus and talk to him about the tragic loss of his daughter to domestic violence earlier this year here in Crowley. I am committed to exploring options legislatively to strengthen the protective order laws in this state so that this kind of tragedy never happens again. Thank you to those who attended the meeting.
